We have successfully designed and synthesized an anionic fluorine-based bipyridyl-containing water-soluble conjugated polymer (WSCP).

• 荧光猝灭的发生主要是由于螯合了过渡金属离子的联吡啶基团形成了聚合物主链上的缺陷中心，导致聚合物链电子和能量向联吡啶复合物的转移，这种转移反应导致聚合物荧光猝灭。
