We report a rare case of corneo-conjunctival intraepithlial neoplasia (dysplasia).The patient is a 55 y/o man.His right eye had a diffuse papilliform neoplasm, clockwise around the limbus for 2 years.

• 摘要报告一例罕见的角膜结膜上皮之发育不良，病人为一位55岁男性，右眼角膜病变区呈弥漫状，乳头样灰白斑并向角膜中央区及结膜穹窿区作不规则之延伸，阻碍视觉，无色素沈著可见，病变涵盖范围几达三百六十度方位。
