We reported 3 cases of ganglioneuroma of adrenal gland, who had no complaints obviously related to the tumor and were incidentally found in image examinations.All received surgical excision.

• 摘要我们报告三个肾上腺神经节细胞瘤的病例，三个病例都没有明显相关的症状，都是由影像学检查意外发现，进一步经手术切除后病理诊断为肾上腺神经节细胞瘤。
