We used DNP-Tf and anti-DNP antibody in enzyme immunOhistochemistry to detect TR on the hepatoma cell, paralleling of Tf/anti-Tf antibody. The detection sensitivity of DNP-Tf/anti-DNP was 4 times higher than that of Tf/anti-Tf.

• 应用DNP-Tf,抗DNP血清为第一抗体的间接酶标检测细胞膜上的TR,结果表明该法的灵敏度是应用Tf/抗Tf血清的间接酶标法的4倍左右,并明显降低非特异性吸附。
