We used nasal forceps to fix dacryocyst in nasal and stripped medial wall of dacryocyst by electrical drill, then cut open the dacryocyst and fix the edge of mucosa by silver clip.

• 术中采用枪状镊鼻内定位泪囊，用电钻磨除泪囊内侧壁骨质，切开泪囊，银夹固定翻开的泪囊黏膜，术后随访半年以上。
