Whoever stores in open air metallurgical slag,residue of chemical industry,cinder of burned coal,ettle,ore tailings or other industrial solid waste shall build special installations and sites for the purpose.

• 露天贮存冶炼渣、化工渣、燃煤灰渣、废矿石、尾矿和其他工业固体废物的，应当设置专用的贮存设施、场所。
