With the introduction of Timestamp Chunk, we proposed the detection and response algorithms to make SCTP more robust to spurious timeout.

• 仿真结果证明改进后的SCTP能检测出大部分的假超时,且能有效抑制备用路径拥塞窗口的过度增加。
