This dissertation explores a UAC policy of throughput based on Output lambda Congestion Status Word (OCSW) and QoS negotiation results, more precisely, the Committed Information Rate (CIR), Committed Burst Rate (CBR), and Extended Burst Rate (EBR). 笔者的贡献在于:在分析了现有用户数据入网控制技术存在的不足的基础上,探讨性地研究了在SUPANET的EPFTS交换平台上如何利用SUPANET在连接建立过程中的服务质量参数协商结果,根据输出波长拥塞状态字(OCSW)对与数据吞吐率有关的三个参数(承诺的信息率CIR、承诺的突发数据率CBR和扩展的突发数据率EBR)进行控制的策略。
