Article21: Violations hereof shall be punished in accordance with the PRC Sino-foreign Equity Joint Venture Law, the PRC Sino-foreign Cooperative Joint Venture Law and the Administration of Radio and Television Regulations.

• 第二十一条对违反本规定的，依照《中华人民共和国中外合资经营企业法》、中华人民共和国中外合作经营企业法》及《广播电视管理条例》进行处罚。
