Four patients experienced no acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) at all,one (case 1) of whom subsequently had chronic GVHD in skin after the fifth donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI) and another (case 3) had chronic GVHD after the seventh DLI.

• 4例均未发生急性移植物抗宿主病 ,例 1于第 5次供者淋巴细胞输注后发生皮肤慢性移植物抗宿主病 ,例 3于第 7次供者淋巴细胞输注后发生慢性移植物抗宿主病。
