Groups A,B and C were given high,medium and low dosages of ATX respectively,while Group D Kangsaidi Capsule(KSD)and Group E normal saline. All the medicine was given through gavage,1time/day.

• A组、B组、C组分别给予大、中、小剂量的癌痛消胶囊,D组予康赛迪胶囊,E组予生理盐水,均灌胃给药,每日1次。
