HE stain of biopsy specimen revealed the futures of Acute Febrile Neutrophilic Dermatosis.The acupuncture test was positive.The diagnosis of Behcet s Disease was made for this patient.

• 患者表现为急性发热性嗜中性皮病皮疹,伴口腔溃疡、关节疼痛,组织病理符合皮肤急性发热性嗜中性粒细胞增多性皮病,皮肤针刺反应阳性,诊断白塞病。
