If Authorizing Party notifies Authorized Party that the relay of a certain Program is in violation of Chinese law, Authorized Party will not relay such Program.

• 如 果 授 权 方 通 知 被 授 权 方 转 播 某 个 节 目 会 违 反 中 国 法 律， 被 授 权 方 不 得 转 播 该 节 目。
