In this paper, TiB_2-BN-TiC/Si_3N_4 multiphase ceramic is prepared by hot press, the addition of TiC and Si3N4 and its content are studied, the relationship between the materials property and microstructure is discussed also.

• 本文采用真空热压烧结制备了TiB_2-BN-TiC/Si_3N_4三元复相陶瓷,研究了添加剂TiC/Si_3N_4及其添加百分含量对材料性能的影响,并结合材料结构的变化分析材料结构对性能的影响。
