METHODS: BMDCs were stimulated by CpG ODN in combination with tumor antigen (TAg). The expression of CD80 on BMDC surface was analyzed by FCAS. Level of IL-12 (p70) in supernatants of BMDC culture was detected by ELISA.

• 方法 :CpGODN联合肿瘤抗原 (TAg)体外刺激BMDC ,流式细胞术检测受刺激BMDC表达CD80的阳性率 ,ELISA检测受刺激BMDC分泌IL - 12 (p70 )的水平 ,MTT法检测活化BMDC刺激T细胞的增殖能力 ,联合CpGODN和TAg体内预激小鼠获得CTL ,检测CTL对肝癌细胞株Hca-F的特异性杀伤作用。
