Methods The urine and plasma osmotic pressure,the urine and plasma sodium concentration,urine specific gravity and plasma antidiuretic hormone were measured in patients with DI(30 patients)and CSW(10 patients)secondary to traumatic brain injury.

• 方法 对并发DI (30例 )和CSW (10例 )的中重度颅脑损伤患者进行入院后 30d内的尿 -血渗透压比值 ,尿 -血钠浓度比值 ,尿相对密度 ,2 4小时尿量和血浆抗利尿激素水平的监测。 进行Pearson相关分析。
