Results: Twin brothers: ARVC was diagnosed in the proband after the episode of VT with LBBB morphology (enlarged right ventricle, focal hypokinesia of apex, MR evidence of adipose tissue in RV wall).

• 结果：在双胞兄弟中：一人在出现伴有左束支传导阻滞形态学改变（右心室扩大、右心室尖部运动功能减退、MR显示右室壁出现脂肪组织）的室性心动过速后，才作为先证者被诊断为ARVC。
