Results:The patient was found that urine glucose was positive after postoperative 10th month,and was diagnosed as PTDM by advance checkups.

• 结果:本例患者术后第10个月出现尿糖阳性,经进一步检查确诊为PTDM,治疗后尿糖转阴,空腹及餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白均正常。
