The biological activity of GIF and PNIP was examined. GIF could remarkably inhibit GM-CFU of the BaBL/C mouse bone marrow cells but had no effect on the 3H-TdR incorporation into the mouse spleen cells and mouse lymphoma L5178Y cells.
