The mutagenic activity of organic pollutants in the source water and tap water of Nanning municipal water works was studied with Ames test using TA98 and TA100 strains with or without S_9.Organic pollutants were concentrated on XAD-2 esi.

• 本研究对南宁市某自来水厂水源水及自来水用XAD-2型树脂浓集水中有机物,进行Ames试验(选用TA_(98)和TA_(100)菌株加与不加S_9),观察其致突变活性作用。
