The tenderee shall, after receiving the tender documents, issue a receipt giving clear indication of the receiver and the time of receipt, and keep the tender documents properly.

• 招标人收到投标文件后，应当向投标人出具标明签收人和签收时间的凭证，并妥善保存投标文件。
