To explore the pathogenesis of migraine, the levels of plasma arginine vasopressin (AVP), oxyto cin (OT), cAMP and cGMP were measured in 28 migraineurs, 10 patients with chronic tension-type headache and 16 normal controls by radioimmunoa ssay.
