Using Corynebacterium glutamicum TQ2223(Phe~-+Tyr~-+5MT~r+SG~r+5FT~r+CIN~r) as L-tryptophan producing strain, the influence by different feeding modes of(NH_4)_2SO_4, corn hydrolysate and L-Tyr and L-Phe was studies in this paper.
